The Cheshire and Warrington Pledge Partnership and The Careers and Enterprise Company proudly hosted their Careers Leaders Conference on the 11 January 2023, the event was located at Sci-Tech Daresbury and welcomed 75 Career Leaders and 32 virtual senior leaders to help support them to inspire the next generation of employees.
The event itself highlighted the importance of the whole school approach and the impact that it has for young people:
“Careers education at our school is absolutely fundamental to everything that we do. Every teacher is a leader of careers because essentially careers and pathways are the next step on the journey of my young people to succeed, to ensure they have the potential and aspirations to do what ever it is that they want to do in life.”
Mrs Beverley Scott-Herron, Headteacher of Sir Thomas Boteler Church of England High School
