The Cheshire and Warrington Pledge Partnership work with all mainstream and special schools, alternative providers of education, pupil referral units and FE colleges in Cheshire and Warrington. The Pledge Partnership will help individuals to connect with employers and careers activity so that there is an awareness of the opportunities that are available. So, look out for events and workshops to help prepare for the future.

The Cheshire and Warrington Pledge Partnership grants employers direct access to work with young people, schools, and youth groups. Allowing businesses to build visibility of their company, promote industry sectors and develop long-standing relationships with schools to build a talent pipeline. 

With 100% mainstream schools and 400 organisations engaged with The Pledge Partnership, the team works hard to understand employers’ objectives and match opportunities accordingly.

​The Pledge Partnership areas are defined as Crewe, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Mid Cheshire East, Macclesfield, Nantwich, Northwich, Winsford and Warrington.
