Crewe Pledge
About Crewe
Crewe is home to many independent businesses across a range of sectors that benefit from its excellent infrastructure, diverse cultural influences and growing population. It boasts excellent transport links both by road and rail with many of the most established manufacturing and distribution brands including Bentley, Mornflake and Unipart Rail to AO and Boughey.
Within the Crewe Pledge area, we work with all 5 mainstream high schools along with Cheshire College South and West. We also work with three SEND schools: Oakfield Lodge PRU and a number of youth organisations such as Crewe Alexander FC who work extensively with young people in the town. Within Crewe and Nantwich we also work with over 200 employers from many different sectors including digital, consultancy, law, construction, engineering and the arts.
How we work
The Pledge Partnership team supports employers and educators to work together to help inspire young people to make well-informed choices about the subjects they choose to study and the careers they want to follow and are equipped to be successful in the labour market.
