The Cheshire and Warrington Pledge Partnership is celebrating the New Year and continuing their mission to inspire the next generation of employees, as well as bridge the gap between employers and educators to ensure young people have the skills employers need and knowledge of local opportunities.

As an employer-led organisation, The Pledge Partnership is looking forward to growing throughout this new year by developing on established relationships between well established and reputable employers such as Siemens, AstraZeneca, the Bank of America, the NHS, United Utilities, Bentley, DriveWorks, Altinex, Bakkavor and Morrisons as well as recruiting new employers and SMEs to join The Pledge Partnership and participate in events throughout the year.

In 2022, The Pledge Partnership facilitated and organised events throughout all the local Pledge Partnership areas in the forms of Career Fairs and Hub Meetings which brought an outstanding number of employers, education providers, youth organisations and young people together and further opportunities for work experience placements, apprenticeships and volunteering positions.

The Pledge Partnership holds and hosts numerous events across Chester, Crewe, Ellesmere Port, Mid-Cheshire East, Macclesfield, Nantwich, Northwich and Winsford and Warrington to bring together employers and educators for the benefit of young people in the local area. This includes the opportunity to talk to employers face to face, gaining insight into the world of work, finding out more information about apprenticeships, T-Levels, work and volunteering experiences that are alternative pathways to university.

The Pledge Partnership is always looking to grow and develop relationships with local businesses, by attending our events or by contacting us to get involved, The Pledge Partnership will ensure that you receive support and develop your own relationships with local education providers to help fulfil your recruitment needs and future proof your business. With a growing amount of talent in the local areas, it is vital for employers and businesses to have the opportunity to meet and great the public as well as young people.

The Pledge Partnership is proud to have facilitated events where employers are able to also network and build relationships with fellow businesses or employers, throughout 2022 employers have been able to grow and develop by sharing best practices.
